• Accelerator Diagnostic Utility
  This download includes the accping.exe program which can be used to help troubleshoot ISP line conditions.

• Palm and Outlook (Legacy Sync Only) Reset Utility
  This utility can be used to reset (clear) the Accelerator to Outlook (Legacy Sync) and/or Palm sync. configuration. Clearing your sync. settings will allow you to begin a new fresh sync.

• Import Utility Update
  This utility is used to update the staging area application used for importing data (.tab, .csv files) to version 14. The import utility is available from the tools menu in the Accelerator phone book.

• Remote Support Utility
  Download and install this utility only if instructed to do so by an Accelerator support representative.

• Office Accelerator Re-Certification
  Use this utility only if instructed to do so by an Accelerator support representative. This utility is used to certify your Accelerator software.  It will create a cert.ini file which contains the bind data necessary for Office Accelerator clients to connect to locally hosted SQL server accounts.
  



• Office Accelerator Certification Reset Utility
  Use this utility only if instructed to do so by an Accelerator support representative.  This utility will clear your Office Accelerator bind settings and is typically used when changing servers or moving from a local to a web based version of Office Accelerator.
