You can use the Smart Drop button to launch your default email client and insert the email addresses of the current search result into your email client.  To do this:

1. Click the Smart Drop button (shown above).  This will open your default email client and copy the email addresses of each Accelerator contact in the current search result to the windows clipboard.

2. Now place your cursor in the Ccc, or Bcc section of your email client, right click and select paste. 

You can also drag the Smart Drop buttons to a desired application.  When doing so, the phone book will minimize revealing applications opened in the background. 

Did you know that you can toggle through applications during a drag and drop operation?  Try this, open a few applications and drag the smart button to your task bar.  Hover the target over an application in the task bar and the application will move to the front of the screen where you can release your mouse button and drop the data.   
 

 

Although not a function of the Accelerator application, you can set your default email client within the Windows XP control panel using the |Internet Options| icon.  Once opened, select the |Programs| tab and email drop down list where you may specify which email client Windows should use by default.  Click the |OK| to save your changes.

If you are using Windows Vista, the default email client can be modified via the control panel by selecting the Default Programs icon and selecting which email application to set as default.
