- accadmin.exe (14.0.133) - fix: when viewing the 'proxies to' list of a users, added '[disabled]' to any user accounts that are disabled, this matches the verbage in the list when you 'edit' these values.

- fix bug: clicking on the 'Find Contacts' link of the 'Contact Links' section of the Personal Dashboard does not bring up the contacts if there are 'too many links', this is because the URL was too long.

- fix bug: problem creating new db for mobile sync.
