New Action (Reassign Action)

After an action has been created, it can be reassigned to another user and re-associated to additional or different contacts.  To reassign an action, do the following:
 

  1. If the action is associated with a contact, locate the contact in the Accelerator database.  Click the |Actions| tab and then the |Edit| Link.  Click the |Reassign Action| button.  Select the appropriate individual to reassign the action too, and click the |Save| button to save your settings.  


     
  2. To reassign the action from the calendar, locate the calendar entry, right click, and select |Assign Item to Another User|.


     
  3. Make the appropriate assignment selections and click the |Save| button to save your settings. 
     
  4. To assign the action to a new contact, from the Edit screen select the |Set Links| button. 


     
  5. Use the search option to search for, view and add/replace linked contacts.  Click |Done| to save your settings.
