Undelete Contacts

The |Undelete Contacts| option is used to undelete contacts deleted by or owned by you or your proxies.  Deleted contacts can be restored up to 120 days in the past.  To use the undelete feature, do the following:

  1. From the Office Accelerator phone book menu, select |Tools|Undelete Contacts|.  From the Restore Deleted Contacts screen select the number of days back you would like to restore contacts (max 120 days).  You can search for deleted contacts by the user that deleted them, or by the owner of the deleted contacts. 


     
  2. When the deleted contacts are found, select the contacts you wish to restore.  To select multiple contacts, hold down your ctrl key and click the contacts you wish to restore.  Click the |Restore Selected Contact(s)| button to complete the restoration process.  All restored contacts will be placed in the 'Restore Contacts' folder under 'My Other Folders' within the folder view.
