Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The |Find Duplicate Contact| option, located in the |Tools| menu within the Accelerator phone book, is used to locate and remove duplicate contacts within the Office Accelerator database.  Duplicate queries can be customized per the options shown below.  To use the |Find Duplicate Utility| feature, specify the parameters of your query and click the |Search| button to begin.  To automatically merge the duplicates contacts, select the |Automatically Merge and Remove Dups after Search Completes| option.  In addition, you can select to merge any duplicates within the current search result.  If you do not select to merge the duplicate contacts automatically, the search result will display the duplicate contacts found based on your search criteria within the current search result.  You can then manually merge duplicates contacts.
