Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The Contact Reference Locator/Conflict of Interest feature provides multi-variable fuzzy logic searching across the entire Accelerator database.  Search results are displayed in the current search result ordered by greatest relevance from top to bottom.
 

1. To use the Contact Reference Locator/Conflict of Interest Check feature, click the  icon.  The following screen will appear.

2. Enter the name and company of the contact for which you would like to perform your search.  You must enter a minimum of three characters for each field; however, you do not have to provide information on each field.
    
3. To begin the search, click the |OK| button.

If you were to search the database for Chris Furgis, who works for the company Baseline Data Systems, Inc. the search will look for all instances of Chris Furgis in the First Name, Last Name, Company, and Notes field of every contact in your specified search.  Accelerator will display your search results in the order of most relevant to least relevant under the current search result tab.
