Report User Guide Problems and Errors

Use the |Uncheck all Contacts| feature to remove the check in the box to left of each contact in the current search result.  This feature is useful for filtering contacts within the current search result to copy or move to folders, lists and/or categories.   For instance, you may have 500 checked contacts 3 of which you would like to move to a folder. Using the |Uncheck all Contacts| option you could instantly uncheck 500 contacts and check the 3 desired contacts to move to a list. To use this feature, do the following:

1. Highlight the My Phone Book folder and click the |all| button located in the Accelerator rolodex .  All contacts in the My Phone Book list will be displayed in the current search result.  Use the |Check All Contacts| option from the |Results| menu to check the contacts in the current search result. 
   
    
2. From the results menu select |Uncheck All Contacts| or use the tool bar button (shown below).
