Accelerator provides the ability to merge contacts in the previous search result list with those of the current search result list by selecting |Results|Merge all of Previous with Current Result| from the Accelerator menu.  Doing so will combine contacts from both lists to make up a new current search result which you may save to a category, folder, or list.  For example, merging all contacts of the previous search result with those in the current search result will provide a new list of combined contacts from both lists with duplicates removed.
