User Guide Problems and Errors
The |Keep Unchecked Contacts| option is used to filter contacts
within your current search result. To use this feature do the
following:

Highlight
your |My Phone Book| folder and click the |all| tab on the
rolodex
. All the contacts in your My Phone Book list will be
displayed.

Place a check in the box to the left of some contacts
(Shown Below).
- From the |Results| menu or tool bar (shown above) select
|Keep Unchecked Contacts|. The contacts checked will be
removed from the search result displaying your new filtered list
which you can save to a list, folder, or category.
