Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The Group Delete feature permanently deletes all contacts from the current search result.  To group delete a current search result do the following:

1. Select the contacts within the current search result that you would like to delete by placing a check in the box to the left of each contact (Shown Below).

2. From the |Results| menu, select |Keep Checked Contacts |.    This will remove the contacts from the current search result that are not checked and keep the contacts that are to be deleted.

   To keep all checked contacts within a current search result, you can also use the |Keep Checked Contacts| tool bar button shown below.
    
   
    
3. From |Results| menu select |Group Delete|.   You will be asked twice to confirm your decision to delete a current search result.  Remember, deleting the current search result will permanently remove all the contacts in the current search from the Accelerator application.  Once this has been done these contacts can no longer be recovered, so use this feature with caution.

4. Click |YES| only if you are absolutely certain that you would like to permanently delete the selected contacts from Accelerator.
