Group Set Company Link (Group Change)

To set the 'Company Linked' check box and copy the mailing address to the company field do the following:

  1. Search for the contact(s) you would like to change.

  2. From the Results menu within the Office Accelerator phone book select |Group Change|Group Set Company Link|.

  3. Click |OK| to apply the change to each contact within the current search result.
