Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The Group Phone Number Change feature gives you the ability to make global field specific phone number changes to your Accelerator database.  To use the Group Phone Number Change feature, do the following:

1. Open the Accelerator application and search for the contacts you would like to implement a group phone number change to.
    
2. From the |Results| menu, select |Group Phone Number Change|. The following screen will appear:

3. Place a check in the box of the phone number field(s) you would like to globally edit/change.
    
4. Enter or edit the phone number that needs to be changed in the |Change From| section on the left side of the dialogue box.
    
5. Enter the new values for your phone number change in the |Change To| section on the right side of the dialogue box.
    
6. You can perform the change to all contacts in the current search result, or to the entire database. 

7. The Group Change verification screen will display the contacts that match your set criteria in groups of 200 at a time.  You can select specific contacts to make changes to by placing a check in the box to the left of the contact.  If you would like changes to be made to all contacts in the group, click the |Select All| button. To begin the group phone number changes, click the |Make Change| button.
