Report User Guide Problems and Errors

Use the check all contact feature to place a check in the box to left of each contact in the current search result.  This feature is useful for copying or moving contacts to folders or lists.  It can also be useful for filtering contacts within the current search result.   For instance, perhaps you need to copy 497 contacts within a list of 500 contacts to a folder or list.  Using the check all contacts option you could instantly check 500 contacts within the current search result and uncheck the remaining three contacts that are not to be part of the new list.    To use this feature, do the following:

1. Highlight the My Phone Book folder and click the all button .  All contacts in the My Phone Book list will be displayed in the current search result. 
   
   
2. From the results menu select |Results|Check All Contacts|, or use the tool bar button (shown below)
     

3. Click |OK| to select all contacts or enter a range of contacts to check.
