Report User Guide Problems and Errors

To check a range of contacts in the current search result, do the following:

1. Search for a list of contacts in the Office Accelerator phone book.
   


2. From the Accelerator phone book select |Results|Check Contact Range|, the following screen will appear:
   
   
   


3. To select a specific range of contacts, click the |Select Range| option and enter a range of contacts.
   


4. Click |OK| to check the range of contacts in the current search result. 
   


5. Use the keep checked contacts option to remove the remainder of unchecked contacts from the current search result.
   
   
   Checking the |Move to the first selected contact| will refresh the current search result and highlight the first contact in the selected range.
