The Accelerator Inbox is used to send messages to other Office Accelerator users on the network.  These messages can be attached to a contact (or multiple contacts) and upon receipt of the message will display in the bottom right corner of your screen.  You can change the way inbox messages operate by modifying the the 'Inbox Options' available from the Preferences menu within the phone book.  The following options are available.
