Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The |General| option within the preferences menu provides a number of options to change and customize features within the Accelerator application.  Below is a list of these options:

• Double Clicking Action: Use this option to specify whether the Accelerator Review Screen or Accelerator Edit Screen should open upon double clicking a contact in the current search result.
   
• CSZ Format: Use this option to format the order of City, State, Zip.  These format changes will reflect in the data merged to your word processor via the Accelerator menu, and within the label and/or Print Wizard respectively.  As an example, to change the display order of City, State, Zip, to Zip, State, City, the following would be entered within the CSZ format text box <z> <s> <c> (as shown below):
  
  
   
• Local Country Name: Use this option to filter a specified country name used within Accelerator contacts.  For example, sending mail to recipients in the United States does not require one to specify the country name, e.g. United States of America. Typing 'United States of America', or 'USA' in the Local Country Name field will omit the country name during a merge and/or label and print wizard process for those contacts that contain the specified local country name filter (as shown below).

• Name Format: Use this option to include the title when post exists.  For example, Dr. Donald Brackston, Ph.D.  This format is used within the heading section when merging data to your word processor, and when using the label wizard and/or print wizard to print contacts.
  
  
   
• Display and Input Dates: Use this option to set the Accelerator application to display and Input dates in the following manner: 
   
  • Month/Day/Year
  • 
     
  • Day/Month/Year

This format is used within the heading section when merging data to your word processor, and when using the label wizard and/or print wizard to print contacts.

• Miscellaneous Options: Use this option to do the following:

• Disable the exit prompt
   
• Start CIT upon phone book startup
   
• Specify path to word processor
