Report User Guide Problems and Errors

To set the default sort order to either company or name, from the Office Accelerator phone book, select |Preferences|Default Sort on Search| and select the desired option. 

Note: Setting the Default Sort By option does not apply to searches using the A-Z tabs.  This is because the A-Z tabs are set to sort by name via a left mouse click and by company via a right mouse click regardless of the sort by settings.
