User Guide Problems and Errors
The customize data list feature is used to
add to and/or edit the following data list features:
- Salutations on the Letter screen
- Name Formats on the Letter screen
- Closing on the Letter screen
- Closing Names of the Letter screen
- Closing Positions on the Letter
screen
- Name Formats on the Label screen
- Salesperson Names on the Forms screen
- Special Notes on the Envelope screen
- Endorsements on the Envelope screen
- Name Formats on the Envelope screen
- Name Formats on the Reports screen
- Default Track Types for Track screen
To edit a data list feature, do the
following:

From the
Customize Data List screen, highlight the option you would like to
edit and click the |Edit| button. The following screen will
appear:

Select the |New| button
to add to the existing data list options. The following
screen will appear:

Add the new track item and click the |OK|
button to save your settings
