Enter Your Own Text (Labels Wizard)

The Labels menu allows you to create your own free form text labels directly from the phone book.  To create your own free form label, do the following:

  1. From the menu, select |Labels|Enter Your Own Text|.  The label wizard will open (shown below).
  1. From the category drop down box, select the brand of labels you are printing.
     
  5. From the Format drop down box, select the format type you are using.

  1. Enter the text you wish to include with your labels in the label text section.  Click the |NEXT| to continue.
  1. From the |Number of Copies| section, select to print from one of the options:

    • Print a Full Page of the Label:  This option will print a single contact label to the entire sheet
    • Print the Following # of Copies for Each Label: This option will print only the specified number of labels.

You can specify the starting point on the sheet of labels for the print job by selecting the starting position using the graphic to the right of the print wizard.
  1. Place your labels in the printer and click |Finish| to begin your print job.
