(Labels Wizard)

The Labels menu allows you to print
individual contacts or groups of contacts to labels directly from
the phone book. To Print Labels for a group of contacts, do
the following

Search the
phone book for a list contacts that you wish to create a label
for.

- You can select specific contacts in the
current search result by placing a check in the box to the left of
each contact you would like to create a label for. If you
would like to create labels for all contacts within the current
search result, then it is not necessary to check individual
contacts. Click the |Keep Checked Contacts| button to create
labels only for those contacts you have selected.

From the menu, select |Labels|Current Search Result|.
The label wizard will open (shown below).

From the category drop down box, select the brand of labels
you are printing

From the format drop down box, select
the format type you are using, click |Next| to
continue

Select and modify the label contact information (see above).
Click |Next| once you have made your
selections.

Select the
number of copies and/or range of contacts to print from the current
search result.

Print a Full Page of
the Label: This option will print a single contact label
to the entire sheet

Print the Following # of Copies for Each
Label: This option will print only the specified number of
label sheets.

All
Contacts in the Search Result: This option will print labels
for every contact in the current search result.

Range of Contacts Below: This option will print labels for
all contacts within the selected range.

You can specify the starting point on the sheet of labels for the
print job by selecting the starting position using the graphic to
the right of the print wizard. Printing is done from left to
right.

Place your labels in the printer and click |Finish| to
begin your print job.
