Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The properties option is used to view details about an object in the contacts folder list.  To use the properties option, do the following:
 

1. Highlight a folder or list item you would like to view information about.

2. From the Folders menu select |Properties|.  The following screen will display:

3. From the properties dialogue box you may do the following:

• Details:  Use the details tab to determine created and last edited dates, and edit the name of the folder.
• Access: Set access rights to a given folder.
