Report User Guide Problems and Errors

Accelerator provides the ability to create folders to help better organize contacts.  You may create an unlimited number of folders in Accelerator.   To create a new folder, do the following:

1. From the menu list, select |Folders|New Folder|.  Enter the location for the new folder, and the name of the folder you would like to create.

2. Click the |Create Folder| button to continue.  In the example below a folder called My New Folder was created in the My Phone Book list.

You can drag and drop contacts from the current search result to a folder in Accelerator. Just hold your left mouse button down on a contact in the current search result and drag the contacts to a folder.  You can drag multiple contacts by placing a check in the box next to the contacts you would like to drag and drop.  In addition you can select all contacts in the current search result by using the |Check All Contacts Button| located above the current search result tab (see screen shot below).
