Guest List Folder Builder

The Guest List Folder Builder is used to automatically create shared guest lists across the Accelerator network, thus allowing users on the Accelerator network to add to this guest list.  To use the Guest List Folder Builder, do the following:
 

  1. From the |Folders| menu, select |Guest List Folder Builder|.  The following screen will appear.  Select the location for the new Guest List folder, normally this will be the My Events Folder.  Select the name of the new Guest List folder and the Accelerator users that need to invite people to the event.  Click the Build button.
  1. Using the above example, clicking the |Build| button will create a new Guest List called "Corporate Accounts Xmas List" with the appropriate sub lists. The Guest List will be created in your My Events Folder section (shown below).
  1. The Guest List folder called "Corporate Accounts Xmas List" will be displayed in the Shared Folders section of each user you selected in the Guest List Folder Builder (Shown Below). 


    You can edit access to rights to a Guest List folder by right clicking the folder and selecting properties.  
 


The |Other Guests| folder is used to invite other contacts not necessarily associated with an Accelerator user.
