Event Folder Builder

The Event Folder Builder is used to create a new event folder with the appropriate sub lists for managing events such as fund raisers, parties, etc..  To use the Event Folder Builder, do the following:
  1. Click |Folders|Event Folder Builder|, the following screen will appear:

  3. Choose the location for the new event folder by selecting the appropriate option from the drop down list (Normally My Events Folder).
     
  4. Type in the name of the new event folder, this is typically the name of the event.
     
  5. Select from the default event management list arrangement, or create your own lists by checking the appropriate options from the event management list screen.
     
  6. Once you have made the appropriate selections, click the |Build| button to generate the new |Event Folder|.

The new Event Folder will appear in your My Event Folder list where you can manage the lists.  You may also share this folders with other Accelerator users to assist in the management of the Event by right clicking the folder and choosing the |Properties| option.  From the |Properties| screen, select the |Access| tab, here you can modify user access level accordingly (see below).
