Report User Guide Problems and Errors

A Mini-Book is a printed list of contacts that can be quickly folded into a pocket size contact list.  The Mini-Book is not intended for printing a large number of contacts, but rather a small contact list that can folded into a Mini-Book to go.  To use the Mini-Book feature, do the following:
 

1. From the Accelerator phone book, select |File|Print Wizard|Minibook|.  The print wizard dialogue will appear (shown below):

2. From the print wizard, select the format for your print job. Click the |NEXT| button, to continue.  The following dialogue box will appear:

3. Select what information you would like to include in your print job from the options screen (shown above). Click the |NEXT| button, to continue, the following dialogue box will appear:

4. Additionally, you may add formatting to your print job by selecting options from the formatting options section.  Click the |NEXT| button, to continue, the following dialogue box will appear:

5. Finally, you may optionally insert header an footer information, and select alternate printers for your print job.  Once you have made your selections, click |Finish| to begin printing.
