Accelerator offers 30 default merge fields in both Microsoft Word and Corel Wordperfect for merging data from Accelerator to your word processor.  Additionally up to 100 custom merge fields are available for merging from Accelerator to your word processor.  Custom merge fields appear in your word processor in the form of custom1 - custom100 and are usually mapped by the user or Accelerator administrator.   When this lists becomes large, it may become difficult to determine which custom merge field is mapped to which Accelerator data field.   However, you can print the custom merge field list which will provide a legend to the mapped custom merge fields in the following form:

Custom1 = Last Name
Custom2 = First Name

Etc...
 

To print a list of custom merge fields do the following:
 

1. Select |File|Print Wizard|List of Custom Merge Fields|.  The print wizard dialogue box will appear (shown below):

2. Select the category type from the category drop down menu (categories are paper types such as Day Runner, FiloFax, Day-Timer etc.).

3. Select the paper format you would like to use for your printout  Click the |NEXT| button to continue. The following screen will appear:

4. Optionally, you may select to include a numbered list in your print job.  Select the appropriate options from the print wizard and click the |NEXT| button to continue.  The following screen will appear:

5. Optionally, you may add a customized header text, date, and page numbers to your print job.  After making the appropriate selections, click the |FINISH| button to begin your print job.
