Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The |Print Contact Review| feature can be used to quickly print all information for a highlighted contact in the current search result.  From the |File| menu within the Office Accelerator phone book select |Print Contact Review|.  You can also use the print icon  on the Main Tool Bar or use the  Ctrl + P keyboard command. 

You can use the |Contact Review| screen to review the information before printing.  To open the contact review screen, right click on a contact in the current search result and select |Review Contact|.  In addition, you may change the following print options by selecting one of the following options under the |Options| menu within the Contact Review screen:

• Address Type: Prints the type of address i.e. business, personal, etc.
   
• Font on Printout: Used to change the font on printout only.  This will not change the font on the Contact Review screen. 
   
• Date on Printout: Include the date on your printout.
