Report User Guide Problems and Errors

1. From the |File| menu select |Edit Standard Fields|.
   
   
2. From the |Edit Standard Fields| dialogue box, select the Accelerator field you wish to edit and click the |Edit| button.

3. From the Field Properties dialogue box you can do the following:

• Details Tab: The Details tab provides information about the field.
  
  
   

• Default Tab: The Default tab is used to specify the default value used in the field such as Mrs. or Dr.
  
  
  
   

• Text Format Tab: The Text Format tab is used to specify the format in which data is entered, such as numeric, lower case, all caps etc.
  
  
   

• Dropdown Text Tab: The Dropdown Text tab is used to enter and modify the available drop down options.
