User Guide Problems and Errors
The |Change Description| button is used to
append a phone book description, such as company name, to the title
bar of the Accelerator Phone Book and Calendar application. To add
or modify a description, do the following:
- Open the Accelerator phone book application
by selecting Start|Programs|Accelerator|Accelerator Phone
Book, or by clicking on the |Go to the Accelerator Phone Book|
button on the CIT tool bar.
- From within the Accelerator Phone Book
application, click |File|Administrator|Add/Remove users. You
will be prompted to login to the Accelerator Administration
Utility, use the same login information you use to login to the
Accelerator phone book to login to this utility.

The File|Aministrator| option is only available if your
specific Accelerator login has been granted administrative
rights.
- Once you are logged into the Accelerator
Administration utility, click the |Change Description| button
located under the |General Tab| to add or modify the Accelerator
phone book description.
