Report User Guide Problems and Errors

1. To add additional Accelerator users, open the Accelerator Version 14 application and login using the account information provided to you.  The login screen will ask for three individual lines of information as shown below.

2. Once you are logged into the Accelerator application, click |File|Administrator|Add/Remove Users (Admin Utility).

3. You will be asked to login to the Accelerator Administration utility, you must use the same credentials used in step - 1.
   
   
   For security reasons, the Accelerator Administration Utility login information cannot be saved.  As such, you cannot set this utility to auto-login mode.

4. From the Accelerator Administration utility, click the |User Accounts| tab.  Here you can add or edit Accelerator users.  You may add as many users as you are licensed for. To add additional users, click the |Add New User Account| button and enter the appropriate information, typically you will need to enter a Login Name, First Name, Last Name, and email address.  Click |Save| to save your settings.

NOTE: The email address field is used to send account information to users that have forgotten their login values.


NOTE: Enabling the administration option on a new account will provide a user with the ability to access the Administration Utility. Typically, the administration option should be limited to select users within your organization.

5. After clicking the |Add New User Account| button, the following screen appears.  Fill in the appropriate information

6. Finally, to create a password for a user account, highlight the new user and click |Edit Highlighted User| then click the |Set Password| button.  You will be prompted to create a password with a minimum of 5 letters.  
   
   
    
7. After completing the steps above, your new users will need the following information to login to the Accelerator application:

Account Name: acme_inc

User Name: Larry

User Password: ******
