Report User Guide Problems and Errors

To designate a contact or list of contacts to sync to your BlackBerry, click the |Add to BlackBerry| button on the Personal Dashboard Button Bar, or from the |Contact| menu in the phone book select |Add to BlackBerry|.   You can also right click on a contact selecting |Add to BlackBerry| or use the keyboard command <ctrl> +<b>.  You can add the selected contact, checked contacts, or an entire search result by choosing the appropriate option.  The next time the BlackBerry wirelessly synchronizes to Office Accelerator, the contacts added using this feature will be included on your BlackBerry. 

Note: Adding a contact using the |Add to BlackBerry Sync| option adds the contact(s) to the designated BlackBerry sync folder.  The BlackBerry sync folder is configured from within the Office Accelerator phone book via the |Preferences| menu by selecting |BlackBerry sync Options|.
