| Add a New Contact Using Selected Contact |
Adding a new contact in Accelerator, using the selected contact (the contact highlighted in the current search result) works in the same manner as adding a new contact. The difference is that the highlighted contact (in the current search result) company, address, and phone number information is automatically entered into the newly created contact. This is useful if you are entering multiple contacts with the same address information. To use this feature, do the following:

When creating or editing contacts in Accelerator, you may be
presented with the Accelerator |New Contact Wizard|. The
Accelerator |New Contact Wizard| is set by default in Accelerator,
but may be turned off via the |Preferences| menu by selecting
|Contact Wizard| and placing a check in the |Turn of the New
Contact Wizard| check box.

The ability to turn of the Accelerator |New Contact Wizard| is a
user right option. If you do not see a |Contact Wizard|
option in the |Preferences| menu, you have not been granted
rights to use this feature. Contact your system administrator
for more information.
