  1. Open your Word processor and select the Accelerator menu.  From the menu, choose |Quick Label| (Shown Below).
  1. The Accelerator application will open.  Search for a contact that you would like to create a label for, and click the |Continue Label| button (shown below).

  1. Label Format: Accelerator ships with predefined label formats (templates). In this example, we will use the |5160| label format.  The following is a list of the available formats, to create your own template, see Create or Edit a Label Format.

  1. Print Your Return Address: Use this option to specify your return address options in your Quick Label.

  2. Recipient Name Format: Use this option to specify the format of the recipient's name.

  3. Value to Include for Recipients Address:  Use this section to select the appropriate values to add to the recipients address.

  4. Printing Format Option: Use this section to specify postal formats.  Barcodes can be used to receive discount rates on bulk mail.  Check with your local post office for specific details on bulk mail barcode discount rates.

NOTE: The Economize labels option will print one label on a sheet and clear the settings for the remainder of labels on the sheet. Accelerator provides an option to select the starting point on the sheet of labels. This is shown in step 6 (see below).
  1. Label Position: The label position option provides the ability to select the starting location for your label.  This is handy if you do not want to waste an entire sheet of labels or are not printing on a new full sheet of labels.  To select the starting point on a sheet of labels, click the appropriate location on the label graphic (shown below).  Columns and Rows are displayed upon selection.

  1. Document Tracking: The document tracking option is used to track Quick Labels as you create them for contacts.  The log is saved in the Log tab in the |Edit Contact Screen| for the contact you are creating the Quick Label for.   The Log Information can also be viewed within the personal dashboard.
