User Guide Problems and Errors
The Multiple Labels option is used to
automatically merge multiple contact data from Accelerator into a
label format of your choice. To use this feature, do the
following:

Open your
Word processor and select the Accelerator menu. From the
menu, choose |Multiple Labels| (Shown Below), the Accelerator
application will open

Search for the contacts
that you would like to create Multiple Labels for, and click the
|Continue Labels| button (shown below).

The |Labels| screen is used to create the
labels for merging to your word processor. There are 7
sections that you may use to customize your Label template.
Below each section is described.
- Label Format: Accelerator ships with predefined
label formats (templates). In this example, we will use the |5160|
label format. The following is a list of the available
formats, to create your own template, see Create and Edit a Label

Print Your Return
Address: Use this option to specify your return address options
in your Labels.
- Recipient Name Format: Use this option to specify
the format of the recipients name.
- Value to Include for Recipients Address: Use
this section to select the appropriate values to add to the
recipients address.
- Label Position: The label position option provides
the ability to select the starting location for your label.
This is handy if you do not want to waste an entire sheet of labels
or are not printing on a new full sheet of labels. To select
the starting point on a sheet of labels, click the appropriate
location on the label graphic (shown below). Columns and Rows
are displayed upon selection.
- Printing Format Option: Use this section to specify
postal formats. Barcodes can be used to receive discount
rates on bulk mail. Check with your local post office for
specific details on bulk mail barcode discount rates.

The Economize labels option will print one label on a sheet and
clear the settings for the remainder of labels on the sheet.
Accelerator provides an option to select the starting point on the
sheet of labels. This is shown below:

Document Tracking: The document tracking
option is used to track Labels as you create them for
contacts. The log is saved in the Log tab in the Edit Contact
Screen for the contacts you are creating the Labels for. Log
data may also be viewed within the personal dashboard (shown
below).

Once you have made your selections, click the
|Continue|, the following screen will appear: You may select
the following merge destination for your Labels:
- Print the Labels to your default
printer
- Display the Labels in your Word
Processor
- Select to Create Documents for all listed
contacts (contacts in the current search result).
- Select to Create Documents for a selected
range of contacts.
Printing
to Default Printer
To print
your Labels to the default printer, select the |Print to Default
Printer| option and click the |Continue| button. The Labels
will be sent to your printer. (To change your default printer
settings, select the |Change Printer Selection| button and choose
an alternate printer.
Display in
Word Processor
The
Display in Word Processor option will merge the data to your word
processor in the form of a document. The data can be viewed,
manipulated, saved, and printed. The following is an example
of a Multiple Label 5160 output.
