Install the Outlook Sync Add-In

If you use Outlook, the Sync Add-in syncs your Outlook Contacts, Calendar and Task list to your BlackBerry by Syncing Outlook to the Office Accelerator Desktop software.

1. First make sure that you close Outlook. Then from the Office Accelerator phone select the Synchronize menu at the top right of the screen, then select |Outlook - Install Sync|.
   
   
   
   
   
2. From the Accelerator Outlook Sync Installation screen, click |Install Add-In|. 
   
   Note: If you are using Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 click |Yes| if prompted by the following UAC message.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click the |Install Add-In| button, and click the |Close| button when the installation is complete.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Open Microsoft Outlook, you will be prompted to login to Office Accelerator.  Enter your account name, user name, and password.  If you previously saved these login settings, you will be automatically logged in.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Next, you will be prompted to select Express or Custom setup.  |Express Setup| will configure the most common sync settings automatically and the sync will begin immediately (within 5 minutes of saving the express settings).
