BlackBerry users must first go to www.oasync.com and install the Office Accelerator BlackBerry Sync App onto their BlackBerry.  Once complete, users should follow the directions below for installing the Office Accelerator computer desktop software.   

1. Install the Computer Desktop Software
   Click HERE to download and install the desktop software. Office Accelerator can be installed on more than one computer.
   
   
2. Launch the Office Accelerator Phone Book
   When the installation is complete, you can start Office Accelerator from the Tool Bar in the upper right corner of your computer screen.
   
   
   
   
   If you can't find the tool bar, you can also go to |Start|All Programs|Accelerator| and click the |Accelerator Phone Book| shortcut.
   
   
3. Log into the Office Accelerator Phone Book
   Enter the login information sent to you and use the password created when signing up for the service. Make sure you check the boxes to remember your login settings. If you don't save the settings you will also be asked to login to the Office Accelerator Calendar.
   
   
   
   
   
4. View all the Newly synced BlackBerry contacts
   If your BlackBerry is currently syncing, click the My Phone Book folder to refresh the screen and see all the new contacts.
   
   
   
   
   
5. (Optional) - Install the Outlook Sync Add-in
   If you use Outlook, the sync add-in syncs your Outlook Contacts, Calendar and Task list to your BlackBerry by syncing Outlook to the Office Accelerator Desktop software.  Click HERE for directions.
