Report User Guide Problems and Errors

Accelerator folders can be displayed in four different views:

• Show My Folder
   
• Show My Proxies Folder
   
• Show 'All Contacts' Folder Only
   
• Show All Folders

Show My Folders

The |Show My Folders| view displays the following folders, a description of each will follow.

My Phone Book
Each Accelerator user has their own personal |My Phone Book| folder. All data stored within the My Phone Book folder and it's subfolders will sync to Microsoft Outlook and/or a Palm OS enabled device upon setup of such features.

My Event Folders
Each Accelerator user has their own personal |My Events| folder which is used to create and schedule both personal and firm wide events using the |Event Folder Builder| feature. 

My Other Folders
Each Accelerator user has their own personal |My Other Folders| folder which can be used to store contacts based on any user definable process.  Data stored in the  |My Other Folders| folder does not sync to Microsoft Outlook and/or a Palm OS enabled device. 

Folders Shared to Me
Each Accelerator user has their own |Folders Shared to Me| folder which contains folders that are shared to you by other users. 

All Contacts
The |All Contacts| folder is used to display and search for all contacts in the Accelerator database.
