Relationship Folders

 Within the |My Phone Book| folder are the following relationship folders:

The function of the relationship folders are to classify your relationships with contacts.  Contacts stored within these relationship folders can  be viewed by all Office Accelerator users within the Public Relationship Folders providing other users with knowledge about your relationship with a specific contact.  All users can view public folders.

The ability to view specific contact data is based upon contact ownership.  Therefore, contacts marked as owner only, or proxy and owner only would be hidden from some Office Accelerator users.  For example, if you drag a contact to your 'My Clients' folder and that contact is set as owner and proxy only, it would only be visible by the contact owner and those proxy to the owner of the contact.
