The |Notes| tab is used to display, enter and edit free form text that is visible to everyone with access to the contact. The notes field will store 32,000 characters of text which is equal to roughly 17 pages of data. Included in the my notes field is a date, time stamp, spell check and user defined phrases.
The spell check feature is available to users of
Microsoft Word 97 or higher. If you do not have Microsoft
Word installed on your system, this feature will not be available
