Report User Guide Problems and Errors

By default Auto Text Formatting is enabled within the edit screen of each contact.  Auto text formatting will do the following:

• Auto formatting of text fields e.g. capitalizes first letter of each word etc.
   
• Auto-City State Lookup when zip code is entered
   
• Auto-Zip Lookup when City & State are entered
   
• Automatically enter dash character separating phone number entries

You can turn off auto formatting from within the edit screen by selecting the |F2| hotkey from your keyboard, or by placing a check in the box entitled |Disable Autotext Formatting| (see below).  To open the edit screen, double click on any contact within the current search result.
