Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The contact links tab provide the ability to link contacts together based on upon a specified relationship e.g. Tony Hebert is the assistant for Cassandra Reed etc. 

1. To link a contact to another contact within the Accelerator database, search for and edit a contact.  From the Contact Edit Screen click the |Contact Links| tab and then the |Create New| button, the following screen will appear:
   
   
   
    
2. Enter the basic contact information in the screen provided and click the |Find| button.
   
   
    
3. Highlight the contact you would like to link, and click the |Select Contact| button. 
   
   
    
4. Enter the appropriate association between the contacts, click the |Done| button to save your settings. 

   
    

5. You can use the |Edit Contact| button to toggle between the linked contacts where you can edit contact data. 
   
   
   
   
6. You can view the contacts that are linked within the Personal Dashboard and click the active links to locate and edit the linked contacts.
