Report User Guide Problems and Errors

The |Search for| option can be used to search Office Accelerator using the following search parameters:

• Last, First
• Last Name
• First Name
• Company
• Last, First
• Last, Company
• Last, First, Company

To select a search parameter, click the drop down menu and select the appropriate option for your search.  To perform a search, you can typically type just a few characters of your intended query (see below).  For example, to search by company for Microsoft, you can type Micr which will bring up all contacts that have a company name beginning with Micr. 

You can use the Last,First search option to search for contacts by Last and First name using a comma delimiter. For example, to search for Stuart Clements, you would enter "Clem, St" (without the quotes).  Notice again that it is not necessary to type the full name of the contact.
