Adding a Contact to a Folder


Folders are a great way to organize contacts within the Accelerator phone book, and placing a contact into a folder is a simple task.  To add a contact to a folder, do the following:

  1. First, from the Accelerator phone book, click the display folder tab to open the folder view.  



  2. Now search for some contacts.

  3. To add a contact to a folder, place your cursor over the contact and drag the contact over the folder you would like to add the contact to.  Release your
     mouse button to drop the contact into the folder. 

     


  4. To drag multiple contacts to a folder, first change the phone book to an extended search view.





  5. Now, place a check in the box to the left of each contact and then drag and drop one of the checked contacts to the destination folder.  When prompted, click the |All Checked Contacts| button.
