The CIT can send information to an existing Accelerator contact or create an entirely new contact using text that has been highlighted in another application. To send highlighted text to Accelerator, do the following:

1. Using your mouse, highlight the data below.

2. Click your left mouse button on the |Send Highlighted Text to an (existing) Accelerator Contact| button .  The Accelerator application will search by last name for the highlighted data.  If the search finds the contact, you will have the option to add the highlighted text to the existing contact, or create a new contact.

3. Select the |Add To Contact| button to add the highlighted text to an existing contact.  The |Edit Contact| screen will open. 

Click the |New Contact| button to add the contact data as a new contact. 

4. From the |Edit Contact| screen, click the |Save| button to save the data.
