Opens the Accelerator phone book.

Searches on Highlighted text by Last Name

Left Click
Places the name and address of your highlighted Accelerator contact
into any windows based application.
Right Click Hold
Places any of the following specific contact data into any windows based
application:
Name and Address
Name, Address and Phone
Name and Second Address
Name, Second Address, and Phone Email
Web Site
Phone Number
Fax Number
Name Only
Company Only
Example
- Open Word or WordPerfect and click the
button, the Accelerator phone book will open.
- Search for a contact and click the |Send Data| button.

- The contact name and address will be copied to your document.

Left Click
- Searches for and sends highlighted text to an existing (or new phone
book contact).
- Searches by last name for the existing contact (provided the last name
is in the first line of the highlighted text).
- Provides the option to place the data in the existing phone book contact
or create a new contact.
Right Click Hold
Same action as left click but allows users to define the following highlighted
text structure:
Name on First Line
Company on First Line
Name Then Company
Company Then Name
Email
Web Site
Notes

This feature is very useful for highlighting text from the internet or any
windows based application for sending to the Accelerator phone book. For
example, highlight the text below and click the
button.

Same function as above, but creates a new phone book contact and does not search
for an existing.
In addition to the features described above, the CIT button bar will
send contact data to various specific windows applications. A list of these
applications can be viewed by Selecting the Software Selection option from the
button.
