Report User Guide Problems and Errors

To ensure that new contacts are always placed in your 'My Phone Book' folder, do the following:

1. Open the Accelerator phone book and select |Preferences|Contact Wizard. The following screen will appear.  Place a check in the box entitled 'My Phone Book' and click |OK| to save your setting. 
   
   
   
   
   Note:  The option entitled 'Owners My Phone Book' is used to force all new contacts to the 'My Phone Book' folder of the contact owner.  Typically the owner of the contact is the individual that adds the contact, however, it is possible via users rights to force contacts to be owned by a specific Accelerator user.  Having both options checked will place the contact in both the owner and users (the individual entering the contact)  'My Phone Book' folder.
