Notice: To avoid loss of data, you should backup all data stored on your PCs and Servers daily.  Copies of your data should be encrypted and stored off-site.

Accelerator Web Based Version:

If you are using the web based version of Accelerator, your phone book and calendar data are backed up daily as part of your web based service.  However, any documents or forms created via the Accelerator Menu are stored on either your local drive(s) or file server(s) and should be included in regularly scheduled backups.

Accelerator Default Directories:

If you changed the name or location of the default directories upon installation, you will need to modify your backups to include the appropriate directory structure.

Accelerator Local Based Version:

If you are using the local based version of Accelerator, it is recommended that you backup your data on a regular basis.  This is the best way to ensure your data is recoverable in the event of a software and/or hardware failure. The following default installation directories should be included in your backup routine.

MS Word Default Public Format Template Directory \\accnet\acc\docs\public.acc\word6
