Report User Guide Problems and Errors

1. Turn off Fast Search
   
   To turn off fast search, click the lightning bolt icon on the tool bar.
   
    
2. To place all of your contacts in your 'My Phone Book' folder click the 'Search'  button and select |Yes| to retrieve all contacts within the 'All Contacts' folder. 
   
   
    

Note: If you do not see the search button, from the Accelerator phone book select |Preferences|Toggle Advanced Search Mode|.

Note: If your search does not appear to be returning data from the 'All Contacts' folder, from the Accelerator phone book select |Preferences|Search In Folder Options| and then select the |All Contacts| option. Click |OK| to save your settings.


 

3. Your contacts will now be displayed in the current search result.  From the Accelerator phone book, select Results|Check All Contacts|.
   
   
   
    
4. From within the current search result, place your cursor over any one of the contacts and drag it to your 'My Phone Book' folder. The following screen will appear:
   
   Note: If you do not see folders, select Preferences|Toggle Show/Hide Folder Tab|. 
   
   
    
5. Click the |All Checked Contacts| option.  All of your contacts will now be added to your 'My Phone Book' folder.
